Healthcare is a stressful profession with high rates of burnout. Learn to apply stress management techniques so that you can reduce your own frustration (and increase fulfillment) to thrive in your medical practice. Many of our patients are also under stress, which can exacerbate almost any medical condition. Learn how stress reduction techniques can help your patients become healthier and happier.
